Mobile Terms of Service

The Fania Ffrench Inc mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fania Ffrench Inc (“Fania Ffrench Inc”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Fania Ffrench Inc’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Fania Ffrench Inc through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Fania Ffrench Inc. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18333420704 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Fania Ffrench Inc mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

SHIPPING POLICY

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item may be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

 

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Fania Ffrench purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

• Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

 • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).

• Kindly record your tracking number as our office will confirm receipt of returned merchandise prior to issuing a refund.  Lost Packages will be the responsibility of the client.
• All returns will be credited to the original card used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving the returned item(s).
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your card statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Only items purchased on https://www.faniaffrench.ca may be accepted for a return.  Items purchased from other retailers that sell Fania Ffrench products cannot be returned or exchanged with us.  Items purchased from https://www.faniaffrench.ca cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Fania Ffrench products.

EXCHANGE POLICY


We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
• We accept exchanges on items purchased on https://wwwfaniaffrench.ca only up to 30 days after the original purchase. 
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange. 
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information. 
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY


If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days and we will be happy to replace for you.    Please contact customer service through our contact us form or by phone at 1-647-614-5545 (M-F 9AM-6PM EST) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
